What I try to remember is that the perfect Instagram mom doesn’t actually exist. One picture perfect photo was taken in approximately three seconds. Those three seconds were probably preceded and proceeded by plenty of chaos, messes, screams, and bumps on heads.

A Trip to the ER and Other Updates

It’s been an interesting couple of weeks. Though, I bet I could always say that, because when is a week ever “normal?” What I know I can say, is that I am thankful that no matter the circumstances, God is faithful. When things are busy, overwhelming, or just plain scary, God is faithful 100% of the time.

Is a Stay at Home Mom Enough?

What I do know, is when a woman chooses to stay home and devote herself to her family and household instead of pursue a career, it’s not considered enough. For some reason, she is made to feel inferior for her career choice. She can’t just be a stay at home mom. She has to do more. She has to try harder. It doesn’t matter what side of the sword women are on, it still cuts.
